Location

Christ Lutheran Church on Capitol Hill is located at
105 University Ave W
St. Paul, MN 55103

We are at the northwest corner of University Avenue and Park Avenue, “kitty corner” from the Minnesota State Capitol.

We are one block east of Rice Street, and serve the Capital Area, Capitol Heights, Downtown, Frogtown, Mount Airy and Thomas-Dale neighborhoods of St. Paul. Members attend from the East Side, Roseville, West St Paul, Woodbury and beyond.

From the East:
Head northwest on I-94 W. Take exit 242A toward 12th St/State Capitol/Hospital. Merge onto E 12th St. Turn right onto Jackson St. Turn left onto University Ave E. Destination will be on the right. Turn right onto Park Avenue, and then turn left into the church parking lot

From the South:
Take I-35E northbound to exit 106B. Turn left onto West Kellogg Blvd. about 0.3 miles. Turn right onto John Ireland Blvd about 0.4 miles toward the State Capitol. Near the Capitol, turn left onto Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. about 0.2 miles. When you reach University Avenue, you will see the church on the left. Continue straight onto Park Avenue, and then turn left into the church parking lot.

From the West:
Head east on I-94 E. Follow I-94 E to Concordia Ave in Saint Paul. Take exit 241A from I-94 E. Follow Marion St to University Ave W. Church will be on the left. Turn left onto Park Avenue, and then turn left into the church parking lot

From the North:
Take I-35E southbound to exit 107C. Take University Avenue west about 0.7 miles. The church will be on the right side of University Avenue. From
University Avenue, turn right on Park Avenue (right before the church), then turn left into the church parking lot. Or, from University Avenue, turn
right on Rice Street (the first intersection after the church), and then turn right onto Sherburne Avenue. Then, turn right into the church parking lot.

Public Transit
We are easily accessible by public transit, either by bus, or by the Green Line light rail. We are across the street from the Capitol/Rice St. light rail station (Metro Transit Stop Number 56014). We are also less than one block away from bus routes 3, 62, and 67, all of which stop on Rice Street and University (Metro Transit Stop Numbers 975 and 11893)
