We had a GREAT time at Encanto Kid’s Camp! Come and hear one of the songs we learned in worship on Sunday, July 7th!
Hosted at Immanuel Lutheran Church and directed by by Christ on Capitol Hill, this musical theatre camp gave kids a chance to sing, act, do art and enjoy community.
Encanto Kid’s Camp!
July 1-3, 2024
9am to 3pm
For children K – 6 grade
Camp Location:
Immanuel Lutheran Church, 104 Snelling Ave. South
Camp is limited to 30 children
What you can expect:
● Move around throughout the day to sing, dance and create art
● Devotionals will focus on each participant’s gift and how the variety of our gifts benefit the community
● A capstone performance on the last day of camp is an opportunity for parents and families to see and hear
the sounds of camp.
Volunteer
The camp co-directors will be assisted by youth (7th through 12th grades) and adult volunteers.
Some additional information
What to wear?
Dress in comfortable clothes. Wear shoes to move around in (no sandals; no flip flops).
What about lunch? Snacks? Water?
Children will bring their own lunches. We provide a morning snack. Children should bring their own (labeled!)
water bottles each day and fill them from the fountains.
A word about fees.
Encanto Kids Camp is supported by the $75 camp fee. Scholarships are available.
